SciPark is located in the Princeton South office market at the intersection of Old Trenton Road (Rte 535) and Millstone Road, in E. Windsor Township, Mercer County, NJ. East Windsor benefits from a superior location midway between NY and Philadelphia with great accessibility via Exit 8 of the NJ Turnpike.

SciPark is just minutes away from the Rte 1 corridor and Princeton via Rte 571. It also enjoys easy and direct access to the NJ Turnpike as a result of a new four lane, limited access State highway, Rte 133, which has an entrance next to the property.

From the NJ Turnpike

  • Exit 8 (Hightstown).
  • Bear right and follow signs to Princeton — Route 133 (which will have you go East on Route 33 for about 0.6 miles to Route 133 West).
  • Follow 133 West to its termination at Route 571.
  • Turn right onto Route 571 and go one block to 535 North — Old Trenton Road.
  • Turn right and SciPark is on the right side 1/4 mile up the road.

From Newark International Airport

  • Go Southeast on International Way towards US 1 & 9 South.
  • Turn right onto US 1 & 9 South.
  • Take the ramp towards NJ Turnpike (I-95)/Dowd Avenue/North Ave/Elizabeth Seaport.
  • Merge onto NJ-81 South.
  • Take the I-95 South/Turnpike South ramp.
  • Merge into I-95 South which becomes New Jersey Turnpike (South).
  • Follow directions from the New Jersey Turnpike.

From Philadelphia Airport

  • Exit the Airport onto I-95 North and continue onto I-295.
  • Take exit 67 to Route 1 North.
  • From Route 1 North, go East on Route 571 for about 1.5 miles.
  • Bear left at a fork in the road and travel over the railroad bridge.
  • Continue on Route 571 — which becomes Princeton — Hightstown Road for 3.5 miles to Route 535 North-Old Trenton Road.
  • Turn left and SciPark is on the right side 1/4 mile up the road.
