Located in New Jersey's Einstein Alley, SciPark is the Princeton area's new premier science technology campus, which is designed to accomodate New Jersey's established and emerging life science and technology companies.
The SciPark Site Plan
A central boulevard entry drive serves parking for the office laboratory areas and allows passenger drop-off. The buildings face each other, giving a community feel and a plaza effect. Trucks are immediately directed to use the outer drive, which is screened from public view by extensive landscaping and a berm. Parking is provided at 3 spaces per 1,000 sf overall. Amenities include a jogging path and picnic tables.
SciPark has full utility services: East Windsor Municipal Utilities Authority sewer and water; JCP&L electric, PSE&G gas; and Verizon, AT&T, and other communications.
The 32.3 acre site will host approximately 240,000 sf. Four similar buildings are planned with a brick and glass exterior. Single and two-story office and lab use.
